The HSP is also pleased to announce the reopening of the Education Room, housed on the lower level of the Drake House.  The new room features two student workstations for children working on history projects.  Also on display is the museum's interactive Battle of Short Hills Tabletop Diorama, which lights up as visitors follow the movement of the troops throughout this bloody encounter between the Continental forces and the British Army.  The Education Room also features a colonial artifact display, showcasing original tools and farm implements from the early 18th century.
